Welcome to Greymoor

Creating places to put down roots

We create sustainable, high quality homes and new neighbourhoods with a positive impact, designed to embrace the natural landscape and evolve in parallel with the local community.

Our handpicked locations are nestled in rural environments, with all the amenities you need on your doorstep.

As part of our design process, we look to the future so you don't have to. Our quality homes offer comfortable, long-term living from the moment you move in. We pride ourselves on our responsible after care too.

Choose your first home, raise a family, or relax in a new community.
